Does worry me that if you cant afford cages...how do you afford vet bills?

i have a habitrail hamster cage, if you could collect it i'd let you have it for £10 or something, it's just i'm on the isle of wight and the postage would make it expensive.

Moderators note: @debs111 please could you PM daisy-mae if you have concerns and ask her your question politely. I feel that asking her over the forum for everyone to read may be a bit humiliating.
Many Thanks,
Jeanette

I have money put away, but not much. i also get some cheap help at the vets due to running a rescue.
hamsters are only with me for a couple of weeks until i find them better homes.

i've just calculated it on the internet. it will cost you £10.32, which is quite expensive. if you think it's worth your while, you're welcome to it. that's with the add on suite as well. however, you could just use the cage bit, which would cost you £5.70 to post, but i'm not sure if it's big enough.
here is some pics.

daisymae did not say what breed of hamster this is for and it is suitable for russian, chinese and dwarf hamsters.
if it's unsuitable i'm sure she will let me know.
;D I was trying to remember if it was russian dwarfs, or if russian and dwarfs were two different things ;D ;D
Im still rubbish at breeds of hamster, I only know those tubes can be too small for syrians as mine nearly got stuck :o ;D ;D
I am sure russians, chinese and dwarfs would be fine too (and mice, have to mention mice ;D )

Yes it would be big enough for russian dwarfs, mice, robroski although i rehome syrians aswell i would use the cage for smaller breeds such as russian dwarfs and mice.
so do you mean it will cost £10.32 or £5.70? or do you mean it will cost £16.02 altogether?

there are 2 parts to the cage. the actual cage on it's own, and the add on suite. the whole thing together would cost £10.32, but the cage part on it's own would only cost £5.70, however i'm not sure that the cage on it's own would be big enough. ;)

you wanted £10 for the cage so would it cost me £20.32 altogether? if so i would not be able to afford it as all the money i have goes on food, woodshavings, vet visists, etc etc.
i dont have much ??? :(
