Hi,
I am a new member of this forum. I just got a Guinea Pig last week called Trixie she is a Chinchilla Grey Agouti? I also own 12 Chinchillas soon to be 16. I have been making Hammocks that are suitable for most small rodents such as Chinchillas, Rats and Ferrets.

They look great and i think for people with indoor cages with a wire roof they would hang in there with no problems

It measures approx 10 inches although i do make custom sizes bigger or smaller just quote your size and ill give you a price. The Snuggle Cube has been a popular item

I also bought a hammock and a cube from Louise, at Pampered Pets UK - which I never received. After countless emails, not once has I been offered a refund. She says she has sent out replacements, but these haven't turned up either. I asked her to send me out some more via Recorded and I haven't heard from her since.

My poor ratties are still waiting :'(

Well Thanks for your assurance. All items were posted I have proof of postage for all items sent. How am I supposed to be held responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been sent. my ebay shop does exist I just changed the name. I have replied to all emails I have recieved I have never ignored an email and to have people post things like this on a public forum is just not fair. I have many customers who have always had thier items and never complained.

I sent you a money request and you cancelled it - With no explaination. Are you sending me out replacements or not?

Your emails are very abrupt, (a bit like that post above) not the way to run a business at all. My moto is "It's far far easier to keep a customer happy, then it is to find a new one" You haven't gone that extra mile to keep us happy. Yes, you say you sent out replacements, but the communication has been poor.

It isn't your fault that we haven't received the items - but it isn't ours either. We have paid for goods which haven't arrived. You should have filed a claim with RM straight away and then sent out others via Recorded Delivery to ensure receipt. Then we would have come on here saying what a great seller you are and I bet lots of other people would order from you.

It simply isn`t possible that this person "supposedly" sent so many items to different people and for them not to have received them. It is an out and out lie. I think she should be banned from this forum and others she is touting her products on >:(

Daize, good, i am glad she has disappeared from the forums, she doesnt deserve to be here. It is too much of a co-incedence all of these people being ripped off. AND RESCUES TOO. People, rescues, who help people and pigs out to be treated like that. You should be ashamed of your self!
