but by time it arrived the dead animal would look and smell like (better not say) and no one really wants to buy it before as it would mean you were exspecting one to die. or you could always put one away in the cuboard. :-\

Very true but id buy one when i have a few bob and leave it in the cupboard but i get what you mean :)
