I have decided to adopt an older male for him,Joe is an 11 month old Abby cross. He is beautifully marked with greys, white, buff and dark brown. He is lovely natured and is ready to go to that forever home. Which is was http://thistlecavies.tripod.com/index.html said about him I have been e-mailing them and they said that they where going to pair him up with a baby boar so it really looking good.I am going to take mum and babies with me so she can have a look. Any tip on introducing them?

I have seen the pic of Joe before on Thistle cavies as i sponsor one of Wendi's piggies Susie.

Congratulations he looks a gorgeous piggie.

On introducing them, i would say take it slowly and get them used to each other first by sitting with them on you knee and let them have floor time together.

UPDATE Marvolo was re sexed at the rescue centre and is a boy which is what i thought he was tho the vet said other wise So I have 2 brothers. I still took Joe and getting him settled now this beings the total up to 9

awwww well, 3 piggies will be happier together, even if they are boys, becuase they are still young it might work, i hope for you that it does
