With the new forum structure comes a new and improved Infraction and Warning system in case of rule breaking or abuse of the forum.
Under the new system all moderators and the forum administrators have the ability to issue warnings to members we feel are not upholding the forum rules.
When a warning is issued a member receives a point against their name which is viewable to mods and admin only. Warnings last for 10 days and can be given for the following reasons:
Inappropriate Language
Insulting other members
Spammed advertisements
In special circumstances warnings may be given to stand for longer periods of time at the discretion of the Admins and Moderators.
If any member receives 2 or more warnings at the same time it will result in an automatic ban from the forum.
If any member abuses the PM system by sending inappropriate or abusive messages, using the messaging system to buy/sale guinea pigs or other animals, advertising other forums or anything else judged to be against the forum rules members will be banned from using the PM system.
In extreme circumstances members may be given an immediate ban which will result in them and anyone using their IP being unable to access the forum.
