New Addition!

Well I popped into my local pet shop on Saturday and came home with a new furry! Naughty of me I know but she was all alone and is sooo beautiful...

I am thinking of calling her Snowball but if anyone can think of something better please say

I've not had a hamster since I was a kid so if anyone can offer me heads up on best cages, feeds(inc fruit/veg etc) I'd be very grateful! I am going to have a look at some hammy forums, so again any recommendations, send em my way

Also, will she be ok as a solitary girl or would she be happier as a pair?

Looks to me a russian dwarf

If so yes she can have a friend but she can stay on her own

My hamster loves sweetcorn on the cob, fresh fruit etc

She is friendly yes, I've not handled her too much so as to let her settle in and also she's always asleep :o ;D
