Hello!
I'm Lady Tuppence. My full name is Tuppence-Poppy Humphreys, but my nicknames include Lady Tuppy, Lady Tuppy and just Tuppy. I'm a real princess and hugely popular as I am soo beautiful. I'm a Coronet, you see, which is a long-haired cavy with a cool swirly bit of hair right on top of my head. I think it's called a crest. It irritates my eyes sometimes but my Mummy always brushes it out the way.
Ooh, talking of my Mummy. She's called Laura. She's 16 and knows lots about piggies. She runs two websites - advertising links removed- and is writing a book at the moment all about looking after us guinea pigs. Well, not us in particular. Just all about how to look after guinea pigs in general.
Laura doesn't like piggies living outdoors as it can get so cold and we can feel a bit lonely, so we are indoors. My husband, Sir Charlie-Parsley, lived indoors since the very beginning. He's had lots of visits to the vet for lots of small dramas. nothing serious. Sir Charlie is a Lemon Agouti Abyssinian - so gorgeous! I live with 2 very close friends as well as Sir Charlie.
Lady Lottie-Primrose is a balck and tan English; such a sweetheart she is. That word - sweetheart - was so made for her. Princess Jasmine-Peaches is a crazy, crazy girl. She is an English too, with funky light wispy hairs coming from her ears. It's so funny. her colourings are weird - even Mummy doesn't really know what they are. Maybe someone else will know when they see photos of us all - Mummy will post some pics later on.
Anyway, Mummy needs to go to an appointment with the Midwife now - not for her, but for our Deputy Mummy (aka Laura's Mum). She's having twins soon - they might hijack Laura's 17th birthday in mid-June! Not to mention mine the day before.
