Help! I can't access private messaging

Yesterday the PM function was working but today it seems to have disappeared completely. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes! Me! I looked at my pms and it said 6 stored of 0 allowed. Now my pms are not showing at all.

I'm hoping that something can be done to sort this out!

I think they are trying to tweek PM's as there have been some dodgy ones going around so that may have something to do with it. I might be wrong, but I'm sure a mod or admin will let you know.

I have several messages which I cannot now access. They are relating to my hopefully rehoming a new GP. They contain contacts numbers regarding my home check which I cannot now find. How can I contact the members concerned now?

Seems like it might be an effective way of sorting out spammers.

However, I have made 70 posts and I still cannot access my pms.

Is there any way this can be sorted?

I realise that spam must be a nightmare for the mods, but I also used pms a lot when I first joined as I was trying to rehome a boar that had been wrongly sexed and I was sadly unable to keep.

Also, one member has bought (and paid for) some cozies from me via pm and she hasn't made any posts at all. I know that spam is a real pain, but there are a lot of legitmate reasons for sending pms if you have a post count of less than 50.

50 seems to high. I don't post alot but it seems a bit unfair tbh. Spammers won't generally post more than 10..

:))i was wondering how to take away posts as i have one about fish and one with baby gp's for rehoming but i have rehomed most of my baby gp's now and all my fish so was wanting to take them off and put a new post on for my little red and white girl i need a home for, also i wanted to put on a photo of her to show people what she looks like.

Are you in Glasgow? I think I may have found a good vet, apparently the girl is crazy about piggies, and another girl on the forum is going to see her to see what she's like.

Taylors vetinery practice has 2 exoctic vets and this other vet who likes piggies, Anyway I shall be trying out Taylor's to see what they are like!
