How do they happen? How do you delete the unwanted one? I have searched for the answer but can't find it, sorry!

I have no idea but have often wondered the same thing myself so thanks for asking!

I find it happens to me a lot, usually when the page is particularly slow to update. You hit the post button, wait aaaaaaages and then two identical posts appear. Arrrrrggghh!!! Very annoying!

Maybe you leave your finger on the 'enter' button too long. My keyboard is very sensitive and I think that's what happens with me. A mod can delete, or you can just edit it out with an 'oops double post' comment. x

usually the people on the forum (not sure what they're called..the mods? i dont know just naming a professional name :))) will delete it. otherwise you can just edit the post and write double post..sorry not much of a help

They happen to me because my mouse is going wonky, and often clicks twice. I must remember to get a new one...
