Photo Abums

Hi

When I first joined I'm sure I put a couple of photo in an albums on the site, but I can't find it anywhere, I've used search and can't find any reference to photo albums.

Do they exist or did I imagine it (highly possibly I'm old!! lol) :{

If you click on your username at the top right hand side, it will take you to your profile. Scroll down the page and towards the bottom right hand side, they will be there - if you didn't imagine it of course!! :))

Thanks for the info, I've found my profile, but there is no album so obviously the bit I imagined was loading the pictures up (see told you I was old!). So you can guess my next question how do I start my album (sorry old -- forgot how I imagined I'd done it !) :{ :{

Your album and changes to it need to be moderated (approved) by a mod, so you will never see pictures straight away - it can take some time sometimes.

However, I do not know whether the rules have changed and from when on you can have a an album and how many pictures you can have in it at first.

If you have a flickr account you can post pics in your threads (details on how here; http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=47033&highlight=flickr) or you could set up a Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) account which is free. You load your pics into there and underneath them you will have an [IMG] code, just copy the code and then paste into your thread and the image will show!

I think also (people correct me if I am wrong!) the number of photos you can put into an album is restricted because it costs more to run a forum if you require more storage space. If you use Photobucket or Flickr, then it is free for you and doesn't increase the storage space used by the forum.
