Normally you click on the persons username by their avatar and it'll give you the option to PM someone - I can't see this on yours so you might need to go into User CP then Edit Options under the Settings and Options header, then in the Messaging and Notifications bit (main part of the page) there's a tick box that says to enable private messaging - that might sort it out for you.

You've only just gone past 50 posts, so you might have to wait for a mod to have time to change your status. :)
