Yes, not too bad, we've kept all the screws with it. Hubby put it together in the first place though but he took it apart in a matter of about 10 minutes so it couldn't have been that bad.

Yeah it is, it's the only one that you can fit toys in and they can move around them ok. Most, like the 18" ones don't have space for the fat piggies to pass each other very well!!!

I know exactly what you mean, got lots of fat piggies ;D ;D (don't tell them I called them that though!!). Would you consider a "buy now price" for the hutch?

Unfortunately it's all ready being bid on so it's auction only. Thanks for your interest in it, I fell in love with it when I got it but it was a bit long by about 1 inch for it to fit in our utility room comfortably, so I've had to reorganise things!!

there good quality hutchs, and the lifting roof makes it so easy to clean out. ;) i have the single floor 'lavender lodge' one of these at 5 and a half foot and its really wide. I can make louds of layouts.
