are you refuring to photos?

For images I found the easiest way was to create a image hosting account, some use photobucket which is free, I used to till it got funny to use and switched to flickr - although they have a limit on their free uploads and I paid to go pro so I could use it more. Other sites that are used by people I know to be fine, are imageshack and one begining with p :red

Once you have created an account and uploaded your images you wish to display you click on the img code (or with flickr you right click on all sizes and copy image location), in the reply box on the thread you paste the copied text - if it does not start the text with [ img ] (but without the gaps) then type this code at the beginning with the square brackets around the word img and after the text type the same img code with square brackets but include a / between the [ and the i. This should embed your image into your post and a picture will pop up.

Make sure you post a reasonable size picture, with photobucket upload in the correct size (I forget what size it is), or on flickr select medium when you go into all sizes. Each image hosting site has different ways of linking the photos so its trial and error really.
