my own anaesthetist!

I think I said the other day that I have got plantar fasciitis in my foot. One of my lovely anaesthetists gave me a steroid injection this morning. Got to get it cleared up now I have joined the squash club! ;D

wrong actually! He gave me two! Local anaesthetic, then steroid!
He was brilliant, better than my GP (who is super) who has done them before for me!
