I hate the Grand national too many horses get injured or killed every year, why they cant just run instead of jumping is beyond me, hope you all win a packet but I wont be even watching it and will avoid tomorrows papers with the list of the dead, it upsets me too much, >:(

I don't like that either Michelle.. it's only every other year that we have a little flutter.. We watch the race, then it goes off.

why do the RSPCA not get involved when so many horses die, I dont call that sport!! its horrible maybe if they lost a few of the jockeys every year they would be more careful, as you can see I really do hate it, >:( >:( >:(

I agree with you Michelle. I won't have anything to do with it. Its barbaric. Hubby won't watch it or bet on it either because he knows the grief he'd get from me if he does. On the news later I saw at lease one horse fall. That can't be good. There are too many horses and the jumps are too high. >:( >:(
