Neighbour Complaining About Dog - Advice wanted.

You could be rewarding his barking if you're feeding to make him stop. He makes the association that when he barks he gets fed, so continues to bark in the hope of getting food. Behaviourist/trainer would probably help with that.

    Any knitters out there?

Some places sell start up packs for 'knit your own scarf' etc.. Thats probably a good place to start to get the hang of the basics. Otherwise, i started off on a number 7 needles and double knit yarn and just made lots of squares to get the hang of it. Ive recently made socks and gloves. But...

    Need advice for poor scruffy!

Nothing about lack of vit d, its also added into dry pellets along with calcium. I think vit d deficiency is more common in rabbits on a muslie mix diet. I did find one paper saying a reduction in androgen (male sex hormone) leads to reduced bone density. But i can only get the abstract...

    Need advice for poor scruffy!

I've often wondered about calcium and vit d deficiency. As vit d is produced in the skin in sunlight, i wondered if by keeping pigs indoors out of natural sunlight if this would cause lack of vit d and calcium absorption from bones causing them to be brittle. I know plants have a type of vit d...
