Aw thank you for all your lovely comments about Custard, she is doing very well for age and she doesn't mind bathtime until i'm nearly done and then she becomes a pain:))
The way I always do it is by putting them in a neutral environment (so there is no territory issues) an example of this would a run and put the new piggie in first and then the older, and just let them get on with it there may be a bit of squabbling but they're just getting to know each other...
out of the 6 i've had, 2 have been from a rescue centre and the other 4 were ones which we took in off friends and relatives to stop them going into rescue homes, as they were such lovely guinea pigs and I didn't want them to be spilt up so I took them in as my own.
