I’m going to be introducing my neutered male to my two girls in 6 weeks time. They’ll be house in a single level 6ft x 2ft hutch with a 5ft x 3ft run permanently attached but they’ll be locked in the hutch at night. Would I be able to add to the herd with this set up or would three be my maximum?

My girls love their fleece and cosy items. They'd put up a protest if I tried to put them back on bedding lol. Might give the boys a try on bedding again and see if they move around more. They could just be lazy boys lol

I use guttering for my ramp. I cable tied a strip of a carpet tile that was 99p in b&m onto it and cable tied it to the top.

That's Poppy, my Dutch breed and my baby at 5 months old. She is adorable but a cheeky wee one too and although the submissive piggy she keeps Holly on her toes lol.

It's actually cheaper than the Aubiose but only by about £1 from my local farm supplier. I do like the Aubiose though.

Poppy and Holly enjoying floor time a bit more free range

Tried it with the boys today and they sat in their house the whole time lol. The girls were keener to explore the night before. Will keep at it though as it's easier to just put a line of grids across the room, a few fleece blankets etc and away they go.

Hmmm maybe I'll try it tonight and see how they go. Holly would probably do the same as your piggy but Poppy who's the baby is a little bit more confident and adventurous lol.

Maybe I'll get another run and join it to the other two to make a large area but still enclosed.
