tooth loss

Hi all, I’ve just noticed George has broken his bottom tooth! What do I do?! It wasn’t like it this morning, I don’t know how he’s done it! He is still eating, and doesn’t seem to be in pain as far as I’m aware? What should I watch out for and what do I do? I’m so worried Pictures attached.
