I'm size 16 to 18 and i just started slimming world and i've had

Readybrek made with water and suger (but only had two spoons as i struggle to eat first thing)

jacket potato with quark soft cheese and prawns and salad
2 bananas
muller yoghurt


milky way

Home made italian meatball's in tomato sauce with pasta and salad
sliced strawberrie's with granulated sweetener

I am stuffed lol

And I'm allowed it all!
