Next summer i will be moving the rabbits into a bigger shed and hopefully moving the piggies into the wendyhouse with attached run...

My question is...

How many piggies would fit in comfortably in a 5ft x 5ft space with an extra 5ft x 5ft run (not used all year round granted). Inside the wendyhouse will be another level which would be 1.5ft x 5ft...

I would love to have a few more piggies next year and just wondering on peoples opinions on how many?:)

5x5ft would house 7 I come to this conclusion as 5x2 will house 3 times that by 2 for the other 5x2 and that is 6 and for the extra 5x1 add another pig.

The upstairs if you take into account being just short of the requirements I would put another 2 in but then don't always use upstairs so for me I would just house the 6. :)

i was hoping it would be about 6 or 7!

Bigbum will be in heaven with more ladies to keep him company!:))

I meant I would house the 7 not 6..not good with numbers! Yeah sounds good. I've been looking at small wendy houses for the girls to free range. :)

Where are you thinking of getting the wendy house from as I have been looking for one also :)

I already have one which the rabbits are in at the moment...;)

I bought mine off Ebay for £70 and had to do some touch ups like painting it, replacing the floor and the roof (which was very easy even for me!) and cut a hole in the side...
Mine is a lovely greeny blue colour...:))

B and Q do one and Homebase do as well... They cost about the same as a 6ft hutch would i think...
