7 year old piggy help

Afternoon
I have a 7 and half year old piggy who is starting to become more and more lethargic. I want him to be as comfortable as possible and one of my main concerns is that he urinating on himself a lot lately.
I’ve been doing as much as I can to help him like 2x cage cleans, fresh hay and wipe downs

With his age I did expect this but just wondering if anyone has any advice on what helped for them

First, has he been checked by a vet to ensure this isn’t a urinary infection issue and/or any other pain (such as from arthritis etc)?

Can't offer any advice really but you can tell your boy is in good hands I've recently started our 8 year old on the Johnsons for Joints for dogs as quite a few on here give it to their older guineas to ease any discomfort
