A feather from Barry...

I sadly lost one of my boars on Friday. He had urethra stones and damaged kidneys and had become very poorly, we opted not to put him through surgery and help him over the Rainbow Bridge. He leaves his brother Paul behind and we all miss him terribly.

Tonight I was sat with Paul and giving him his veggies, and I swear I could hear rustling and a munching sound that certainly wasn’t coming from him. I stood up and there was a white feather on the ground that I didn’t notice before, I’m not usually superstitious but I’d love to think that it was him

He has left a very big piggie shaped hole in our hearts and he will be forever missed. We love you Barry, popcorn free little man

Thanks so much. He was so sweet and I’d like to think I’ve given him a good couple of years of his life. It’s so hard to lose them, thanks for your kind words x

That is lovely, I know a lot of people believe a white feather is from a lost loved one to show they’re around still.
