I've noticed today that one of my piggies has dry flaky skin on her ear and what looks like scratches. It wasn't there last night when I had her out for cuddles.

I've never seen my piggies fight for dominance which is why i'm concerned it could be the start of ringworm. I have been cautious of washing my hands since I spotted it.20171008_165949.webp 20171008_165950.webp

I would have that checked out by a vet re. a fungal infection during regular hours next week. Ringworm is just the most aggressive form that is unfortunately rather common in newly bought shop and some breeder piggies, but there are lots of milder forms of fungal, which are not as infective. ;)
