(No, I'm not really an AC/DC fan, honest! LOL!)

Sorry, but i just couldnt resist posting these today...I've totally fallen for my (i mean Ella's!) little piggies, and i was having cuddles with Rosie today and she was just so chatty with me, and running up to me and sniffing my hands and sitting right by me...it was lovely!

They're both turning out to be real characters!

THE most gorgeous little nose!

LOL!

I'm sooo glad i found this forum, as all my mates think i have gone totally mad! ROFL!

Sorry for the over load!!

AWWW - you can't have an overload on a beautiful piggy - at least not on here! And Rosie is such a cheeky little beauty! x)x)x)

Witnessing the piggies come out of their shell and developing their individual characters is one of the magic things with guinea pigs; that's when you inevitably fall for them big time every single time!

I bet that you can't wait to find out what her pups are going to look like! :))

I've got very mixed feeling about the impending birth - i am excited about it, but at the same time, I'm soooo worried too! I'm sure it'll be fine tho!

And she is just gorgeous! I love the colours! I think they are cream and chocolate...not sure! LOL!

She's a white, cream and chocolate tricolour abyssinian - and looks as delicious as she sounds!

I find it so interesting how different the babies can be; but the apprehension before the birth is always there! Thankfully, in most cases, everything goes OK.

It is good to keep in mind that we are getting more problems on this forum than is average, because people come here for help when things go wrong. And the likelihood that freshly rescued sows have miscarriages/stillbirths and baby problems is higher due to the general neglect, bad nutrition, back-to-back pregnancies and uncontrolled in-breeding many have been exposed to.

She's just so cute! Really she's lovely and your photos are just so sweet.
