Adding Photos!

Could anyone tell me how to add a photo to a post?
I tried clicking 'insert image' but i dont understand what i wants you to do. I've also tried pasting...

Sign up to photobucket, then go to the 'upload' button and upload pictures from your computer.

Once they are uploaded to the site, you need to hover over the picture you want to upload to another site, and there will be four links appear. Copy the one labelled 'IMG' and paste into your post on the forum... and your picture should appear =]
