Am I Ok To Feed The Pig Before An Anaesthetic?

Pig is going under tomorrow morning but the vet didn't mention whether to feed her before hand. Am thinking of giving her something ( am syringe feeding) or else she'll be weak.
 
Guinea pigs don't have a vomit reflex, so there is no danger of them accidentally choking during GA. You can feed and surrender her with some food for the day/recovery.
 
Me vet has also said it's fine to feed them, as the main reason to stop food prior to anesthesia is to prevent vomiting and aspiration, and rodents do not vomit, so it's not a concern.
