Hi everyone, just thought I'd share this find with everyone on here. I don't know if it's already well known in the piggie world but I hadn't seen it before. Its a 10kg bale of timothy hay for £22 (or 20kg for £40), ordered here: Timothy Hay | Hay Supplies UK

It's the best timothy hay I have found! It's lovely and green, smells good, and has lots of grass seed heads in it. The piggies love it and are eating much more hay now.

Oooh, thank you! I'll certainly have a look. I love good hay!

It's amazing hay and I've had it for several years for my rabbits (who adore it). BUT it's VERY stalky so you would need to be careful to avoid poke injuries with piggies. I generally give the piggies softer meadow or Ings hay, but on occasion I've given them a handful of the bunny timothy and they've enjoyed it. They always have the Burgess long stem timothy mix hay in their hay bag as it's a lot softer than the stuff from Timothyhay.co.uk.

My pigs get this in small handful while in their floor run and then also in their cage. I use soft meadow hay for their bedding and general hay eating, this is just to offer variety which they love!

The GPM piggies have it as a constant treat. Bedding is farm baled hay. You should try their Oat Hay when it's in stock.
