Well, I am sure most of you know about Bailey...

The poor lottle thing has been through so much, but is now happily living with me and my girls :)
When I left for uni she was still on Baytril, as her wound had got infected and she had a cold. I left mum in charge of her medicine, and have been calling every day to see how she is!
Well, I went home last weekend and was so happy to see them all. When I opened the back door there was an awful lot of wheeking, and I really didn't recognise the wheek...it was Bailey! I couldn't believe it :)
She never goes downstairs in the hutch...I think the ramp must be quite disorientating for her, only seeing out of one eye! But Luna and Breeze are often up there with her.
Mum says she's so funny - she comes out of her bed to get her food, and munches away (because the side facing the back door is her blind side), then has to turn around completely to look to see if anyone is there...then if she sees someone she runs back into her bed!
Her infection has cleared totally, and her wound has almost totally healed. She has become such a character and I am head over heels in love with her!

Fabulous news. She looks so well and is completely adorable. I'm so pleased she got to stay with you and your family. :)

awwwwww special!! Gorgeous piccies. What happened to the eye, i must have missed that?

Her story is in the link to the thread in my original post :) She had to have it removed after a hay poke injury, but she wasn't actually my pig - she belonged to my work but my boss refused to pay for treatment so I raised money by selling prints on my website to the lovely TGPF members :)

A beautiful little girl, she's very similar to my little girl Paprika. So very glad she's settled with your gang.

So glad that her eye has healed so well and that she has grown into her personality!

What a gorg little girl. Your boss sounds like a selfish git (I read your original post) but glad Bailey is on the mend x
