This is my little girl snowball, here are her symptoms:
She is noticably very thin and she isn't very lively, she isn't tame and she won't run from us,she has a runny nose and her poop is very small and dry.
My biggest concern is how she is a very young piggy so I'm determined to keep her healthy

She is obviously not eating properly, so please start syringe feeding and watering her asap. Switch from weighing daily to weighing weekly to make sure that you can stabilise her weight as much as possible to give her a chance to fight whatever is causing the problem and to keep the guts going. Depending on well the guts are working, the poo output is lagging 1-2 days behinds.

Please make a vet appointment to have her checked as soon as you can. Being lethargic is always an alarm sign. Makse sure that your vet also checkes the heart, but there is a broad spectrum of issues that can cause this rather vague symptom.
