We have been to every supermarket almost since last week trying to get veg. What we have been able to get is the basic stuff. Piggies aren't happy because they are used to all the fancy stuff :P The shelfs just seem to be empty with hardly any salad or herbs. Hopefully after New Year it won't be as bad.

Ive just collect our box of greens. But Ive had to cancel them for the future as we are now struggling to use a whole box each week.

Its back to Asda and Sainsburys for my lot now..lol

I've had no problems. Yesterday went to morrisons and they had as much as normal and have been to somerfields too and they're pretty normal there :)

I bought in bulk from Aldi on Christmas Eve, it was buy one get one free on everything and I have tons of stuff left. I will not need to go until next week at the earliest. :) Try Aldi, they may have some things in.

Will try Aldi tomorrow if Asda don't have enough. Piggies turn their nose up at it when we buy out of there ::) They know what they like ;D

I buy bag fulls of carrots that are £2 for a whole sack full i only buy one at a time as they go off quick but the other things i just buy from any local shops or asda or something O0 like watermelons

i dont think asda have much at the best of times :-\ i keep meaning to try out the new aldi near me, i will defo have to go tomorrow. over xmas ive been buying veg from spar and its so expensive and not much choice

I got plenty in waitrose.

The piggies finished off the salad from yesterday's lunch today, and I still have carrots, broccoli and cauliflower in the fridge, plus a packet of parsley.

i struggled when i was at home, but in derby I'm having no probs. in fact I'm spending less than usual, as theres is so much reduced veg!

i just reduced 2 cauliflowers to 5p each at work. the cauli wasnt looking too good but the leaves were great! ;D

my fridge iss full of various reduced veg from sainsburys ;D

My mum goes there alot and gets reduced stuff but not any luck this week. Last year we couldn't get the fridge shut with all the stuff we had. Maybe will find some stuff when we go bargin hunting tomorrow ;D

Me too Lez! ;D

I bought veg at Spar over xmas too, when I ran out. Is it just me or is it never fresh? They had cucumbers in there with mould on, and they weren't even reduced! I was not impressed!

when i went home i had to get whatever i could from coop and the local veg shop, and nothing i bought was fresh for more than a day :(

I've not had trouble, but i live in a country area, if you get what i mean, and i got a load off really gorgeous, fairly priced veg from our local farm shop, but i'm lucky living where they have farm shops. However, i don't think there are any probs getting veg at our supermarkets either? ? Hope you find some soon

Ive not done too bad i shop at asda on the startuday before chirstmas the onlt things i couldnt get where dill and a bag of winter veg so i got 2 bags of kale and 2 bags of sliced cabbage instade on one

on thurday i went to morrions and there didnt have no melons left so i got apples and pear instade
and today there has no homydrew men but there had watermelon

ive not done too bad

I got a bag of spinach, 2 broccoli and some curly and flat leaf parsley from Asda tonight. So mine have had a little treat along with their usual greens.

I was most put out earlier today as I went to Tescos, and it announced it was about to close, and no cheap veg!
