Anyone hear about similar symptoms - 2 females with ongoing URI both grow mammary tumor in one week ?

That scar is looking very neat and tidy. Is it hot to the touch at all?
It is not hot at all, and last night was completely dry compare to the last photo. Winnie was jumping today so I assume she has no pain whatsoever.

I agree it looks very neat, I was expecting some scary, messy place after such a large lump but was very positively surprised (and so so relived 😂).
If the next piggy Honey will be the same good (she will have surgery soon and her lump is much smaller) and Winnie will recover from her stubborn URI I will write some good review for this vet. I must admit I wasn't convinced at the beginning and didn't have much trust after the URI treatment before surgery with 4 or 5 different vets from this clinic prescribing new doses every few days - they look chaotic, disorganized and overloaded with patients. After desperate search for another vet with no success and lump growing quickly I was forced to stick with this one. This specific vet was described by the clinic as the one who is most experienced with guinea pigs (but not specialist) and it doesn't make any sense why she wasn't the one who treated Winnie with stubborn URI before the lump came out. Hopefully she will help him now.
So far so good and I hope it will stay this way 🤩
