I let my Pigs have 40 minutes on the grass just after lunch today, as it was a mild day and the grass had dried. They were so happy to have some time on the grass :)) They didn't want to go back to their hutches!

Apparently it is going to be warmer on Friday, so maybe they can have a whole hour or more, so long as it doesn't rain between now and then.

Bertie has been out twice in the last week or so. His outside run has a cover over the top so grass isnt too wet. He only had 10 minutes each time though, not a happy piggie but I dont want him to get a cold...x

Not yet, its been too cold for mine to go outside or when it has been warm enough it decides it will rain :'(

Yes, mine have been out twice when the grass has been dry, for a few hours at a time :) There was lots and lots of popcorning!

Not yet :( It was so nice and sunn this afternoon and i wished i could have gotten the pigs out for a little while, but our garden is is shade most of the time, so it takes days to dry out. Not to mention winter makes it like a swamp, so we have more mud than grass at the moment. Silly winter.

Too cold here, we didn't have any sun today and the wind was bitterly cold.
Also with mine being indoor pigs I have to be careful with the temperature difference as my house is always hot.

Blargh, not here :x It was beautiful here then snowed, again mallethead So, got to wait until it's actually warm and dry, lol!

I have the same problem with the garden being in shade - a large portion is 'out of bounds' because it's just not getting any sun! They can only go on a little bit of grass near the front, so I won't leave them out long otherwise there'll be no grass left :))

The pigs were all VERY excited to be out - some perhaps a little too excited :P Glinda popcorned near enough from one end of the run to the other, clearing a house in the process! I couldn't believe it when I saw it, it's surprising how far those little legs can launch them, especially considering how, err, cuddly Glinda is! :))
