So I've been planning what I need to get my piggie for when I pick him up next week. I was wondering if I have missed anything, and if I have please let me know!

Hiding places- snuggles sacks
Substrate
Large tube
Wooden chew toys
Bottle brushes
Grooming brush
Run
Pet safe disinfectant
Pet carrier
(He comes with some food and a cage but we're going to buy him a hutch!)

Yep hay is included in his food! I'm hoping I can give him a great home for the rest of his life as I'm adopting him.

A guinea pig friend would be a great addition for him to cuddle up to.

sounds wonderful and you are very prepared, I agree he might appreciate a friend of his own species further down the line.

You mentioned hutch, so I am guessing this will be an outdoor piggie? Have you a garage/shed/plenty of insulation for your hutch for a winter outdoors depending on your climate?

He does have a brother but unfortunately they started fighting over a year ago so they had to be seperated:,( but he is very happy at the moment so hopefully he will be even happier!
