Just thought I would make a post to recommend this surgery, particularly the vet Glen. Previously I have spent hunred of £'s on consultations, anasthetics, diagnostics and every time the result is the same....some sort of teeth related problem.
I had my first experience of the practise and it was just FATASTIC. It was a trek getting there but well worth it. Their knowledge of guinesa is just outstanding and he was fixed within hours of leaving :) and fully conscience.
Not only did they fix his teeth though, they phoned 48hours later to see how he was getting on. I couldn't believe it, what an excellent first class service, had I had any concerns I know they would have had more than enough time and patience to help me out.
I advise anyone in Scotland to make the journey as its so worth it.:)

Contact details please! I'm in Scotland and have been using the Royal (Dick) Vet School in Edinburgh, which has qualified vets and specialists in the exotics. However, no doubt about it, they are very pricey. I opted for them after three local vets failed to convince me they had ever seen a piggie before, (one even said "has he got a skin problem, he's quite bald behind his ears" ) so info on your practice (plus the name of the individual vet) would be really helpful!
