Sorry he wouldn't be still enough to get both feet but they both look like this. His cage isn't wire bottomed so I don't think it could be bumble foot (only thing I could find on piggy feet illness online). I'm not sure how long his feet have been like this. Does anyone know what it is or how to help him get better?

I can't get the pictures to work (I'm not very tech savvy )

A little bit pink - not bumblefoot ( my Bumble had it twice - a very severe case that took nearly 6 months to heal ) and a milder one - you could try putting vet bed in his house or where he spends most of his time - if he likes to lie in hay change the newspaper and hay twice a day - alternatively you can use vet bed and then pop the hay on top of that - I have a 7 year old sow who due to arthritis doesn't move around a lot and insists on sitting on hay rather than vet bed and hence her feet got sore - putting the hay on top of the vet bed cured the sore feet problem -

Welcome to the forum

it looks like his toenails are a little bit long, is he walking on the backs of his feet to compensate, making them sore?

it doesn't look like Bumblefoot but as Tan suggests make sure he has some soft bedding to prevent his feet getting sore, clean vetbed or fleece will help ease the pressure on his foot.
if you're confident enough to cut his nails I would trim them back. Just go careful you don't cut them back too far & cut the quick - this would be painful & also bleed lots. (the quick is the pink bit that can be seen through his lighter nails- with black nails just cut back tiny amounts at a time as they're very difficult to see the quick).
if you don't fancy trimming them (if he's anything like my wiggly pigs) have a vet or groomer trim them for you.

shorter nails should make him walk more comfortably, sometimes red or sore feet can be a circulation problem - so if he's more mobile it should help reduce the swelling/redness & his circulation should improve too.

Thank you. He insists on sleeping in his hay box instead of the beds.

Ahh they have their own little ways don't they
It's only a little red, it looks like you have caught it nice & early, so well spotted :)

even a little daily foot massage may help reduce the redness. xx
