Are Kaytee Timothy Biscuits good for guinea pigs?

Are the Kaytee timothy biscuits baked with apple treats good for guinea pigs? I've been given them for my guinea and was wondering if it's good/ok for them to have?

I would probably err on the side of caution and say no because of the alfalfa meal, flax seed and dehydrated apple. And the fact it says they’re baked. I don’t know if that means they cook them. Guinea pigs shouldn’t eat anything cooked.
