Junior Guinea Pig
As my girls are settling in and becoming more comfortable around me, I've noticed that they seem to be having some issues.
If one is too close to another, there is a bit of a grumbling sound from one and a squeal from another, I don't think they are fighting. They are only a year old just turned and I know that they sort out dominance so it's probably normal but it's a very loud, low grumbling sound which one is making more than the other, I've noticed it once or twice with the smallest when she's gotten scared by the dog running around the house but they've been doing it to each other, like when one was eating, she started making the noise as the other approached her.
I'm sure it's normal and very rare but I know that guinea pigs can suddenly change towards one another even if they have been together for a year.
