Or is it just my imagination? Redemption seems to leave hardly any mess, and it is not a chore to clean out his cage, just wrap up the old stuff and lay down some new, and that's it. Salvatore, on the other hand, seems to leave piles and puddles of poop and urine everywhere and it seems like a smelly drudgery to clean his cage. It could be the cage size, because Sal's cage is a lot smaller than Red's, but then again, the area in the bathroom doesn't seem to get nasty until I put Sal in there. I'm just wondering if it seems like more or if one pig really leaves more of a mess than another. I know Sal is more odiferous than sweet-smelling Red.

Most probably, haha! I'd have to say though, mine are all pretty much the same. I wouldn't say neat, but the same. One thing that bugs me though is how they all like to poop on the edges of the shed, so there's all poop around the edge! It looks abit manky, so I have to push it all off haha.

And, all mine live together anyway - so I wouldn't be able to tell if they were! rolleyes

Tufty is quite toilet trained whereas Dindy and Cupcake make a mess everywhere. Now that Tufty has joined the girls in their pen I'm not sure if he will stay a clean boy.

yes they are, but dont worry, i appear to have the dirtiest boys on the planet her at my house! :))

an idea for 'dragon's den' ~ someone needs to invent a piggy loo complete with flush.

yes one of ours is far dirtier than the rest- and he lives on his own, so would have expected less mess !

A bit like mine then! Hamish & Angus are fairly clean and they have been teaching Suilven to use the litter tray during floor time. They will all ask down to use the tray if they are having cuddles although sometimes we don't realise...

This leads me to conclude that it was Merry making all the mess! Bless him he was an old boy and he didn't really learn new tricks!

Biggest mess problem is Hamish who like to wee in his fleecy tunnel and then sit in it! He spends hours cleaning his fur and making himself all fluffy but he still smells of wee rolleyes
