i don't know what else to say other than the title,
What age is it that piggies become full grown ?

They usually reach their final size and weight between 12-15 months old; which is the smae time as their hormones are settling down.

The adult weight can vary from 800g-1800g, although 900-1400g are the average weight for an adult piggy. Because of this wide variation, weight charts are pretty useless! Usually the growth rate slows down between 6-9 months old.

Guinea pigs retain the ability to catch up on their ideal weight until they are about 2 years old if they come from a bad background or had a serious illness.

One of my pigs Chester is a bit of a heavy weight i think ... i bought him September the 3rd this year and he was anywhere between 10 and 16 weeks when i got him, he's already pushing through the 800g mark, is he overweight ?!

That would make him about 7 months old now. My boys were about that weight when they were 7 months. I wouldnt worry, as long as he gets enough exercise and isnt loosing weight. It may all settle down by the time he is a year. :)

My baby Telyn hit the kilo at six months old (she was a real whopper), but stopped growing soon after and only put another 200g on over the next half year. Your boy is very much an average weight for his age.

Rocket's got to 1.2kg and he's around 6 months but he's also stabilized now and he doesn't look fat, he's just a chunky boy - big ears, wide nose, chunky feet and enormous..ahem..boy bits..my husband thinks he needs a wheelbarrow for them! :(|)
