My sports watch fell into cage by accident and my guinie pig 6 weeks old ate part of band. Should I be worried.

Hi! Please keep an eye out in the next 24 hours. See a vet asap if your piggy is suddenly looking off or not eating. A blockage is very painful and will make itself known pretty quickly.
Hopefully there won't be any problem, though!

Yes, I would monitor them closely and if anything is different (less pooping, coughing, diarrhoea) go straight to an exotic vet
