Unfortunatly tonight I lost a baby boar at 8 days old, he was son to one of the 'gypsy' girls. He was born quite light and very slow learning if that makes sense.
At 4 days old he started with Diorrehea but got over that but then mum started ignoring and not feeding him through the night so I took over this and feed him as he wasn't even attempting veg yet, but sadly he wasn't meant to be.
Baby Harry died while snuggled in my hoody but it doesn't make it any easier.

So sorry Becky. You've done fantastic with them! Sounds like he had 'issues' poor little love. Doesn't make it any easier though! Big hugs to you. x
 
So sorry to hear you have lost one so young. He looked like a lovely boy and although he was only in your lives a short time he knew that he was loved and safe. Run free at rainbowbridge little Harry and say hi to my piggies Farquhar and bob who are now at rainbow bridge.
 
Poor little boy! He had the odds against him, but at least a loving home during his short stay.
 
Thank guys, Harry's been burried at my mother in laws and we bought a plant which has gone on top of where he is.
Its certainly been an odd day with no baby to feed. But we had a good 8 days of cuddles :)

So sorry for your loss, remember you did all you could for your special little guy and he will always love you for that xx

I haven't been here for a while & found that too many of our beloved piggies have gone over the bridge - including 2 of mine today. 8...8...

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of baby Harry. Know that he will be over the bridge, being looked after by all the piggies who have gone before - that I know. Hold onto that thought as it will give you comfort.

Hold onto the memories & love he brought into your life. No matter how long or short-a-time they have been with us, they leave their little paw prints on our hearts.
