A few months ago I posted about possibly sending Biscuit and Toffee to piggy boarding while I was away. (I was planning a weekend away in June and then a week or more a bit later in the summer) but I was really anxious about it and didn't know what to do - I'd never left them before.

Well, for various reasons the weekend and week away didn't happen, but last week I managed to get away for a few days and took the piggies to the wonderful boarding place I found online and it couldn't have gone better. They stayed for five days and it looked like they had a lovely time (I was sent little videos of them playing and eating!)

I'm just so relieved that I found this place. It's easy to get to, reasonably priced and the lovely lady looked after them so well and said she'd be happy to have them again.

So... now I'm thinking about a proper holiday next year (first since 2019) knowing I can relax and my babies will be looked after :)

Aw that’s great knowing your piggies are in the best of hands. Wishing you many happy holiday ahead x
You can ask for this boarding to be put on the boarding list if you would like

So pleased that you and your piggies enjoyed your holiday. Mine love going to stay with Aunty Lucy and I know they will be well looked after while I'm away. Unfortunately, Lucy may have to stop her boarding service from November due to circumstances beyond her control. I'm going away for a few days after Christmas so am trying out a local rescue which carries out boarding who have been recommended by a couple of people. If Lucy can carry on I'll keep using her.

I’m really pleased that the boarding went well. It’s great that you can go away knowing you’ve left your piggies in good hands. 😁
