So my little guy has been eating lots of grass and clover recently, and this morning he let out the smelliest fart. Can that be caused by lots of grass and clover? (It's all organic with no pestisides)

Yes. Please take him off any fresh food for a day or two until his guts have settled down. See a vet asap if he develops symptoms of acute bloating or diarrhea.
