Well made it all, was rather sloppy so added a bit more flour, oops- self raising! So had to run to the shop yet again for plain!But thought it, will still taste nice, so stuck some dark chocolate bits in and yay, I have half cake/half buscuit giganta things! Thought I’d pay tribute to Big Daddy snail who I lost recently bless him ❤ Unfortunately he’s lost a bit of tentacle though!

I find cakes are easier than biscuits. GF makes stuff drier so I just increase the moisture content to compensate.You do really well with your gluten and dairy free baking. I used to do some but my OH said it wasn't the same and if he couldn't have the real deal he didn't want any - suits me as I don't eat much in the way of cake or pastry anyway!

Also how did these original shapes turn into such big beasts? I know I used plain flour... There's a lot to be said for pricking shortbread! Lol!

Additionally I am slightly worried that if these piggies have not been correctly sexed you may end up with bigger problems than you initially envisioned.
