I agree that it looks fungal. Get a proper diagnosis from a vet as incorrect treatment can make things worse. Assuming that the vet agrees they will likely give you an antifungal cream or an oral treatment. I am a fan of Imaverol dip, but not so much when the problem is on the face, as it's not good for the eyes!

Looks definite fungal, needs a vet visit for sure

Imaverol can be used topically also once diluted and applied using cotton wool. It is really good for fungal and what our vet always reaches for.

I have checked your IP and you appear to be in Michigan, here is a link to the recommended vets from Guinea Lynx for that part of the world Veterinarians: Michigan - Guinea Lynx Records Vets for the US states can be found Guinea Lynx :: GL's Vet List

It looks like fungal, potentially ringworm.

Please see a vet as we cannot diagnose reliably online (and in fact are not allowed to) and take care with hygiene. Ringworm is the single most transmittable issue between all mammals, including other pets and humans. It is painfully itchy.

It looks like some sort of fungal infection that the pig has been scratching at... definitely see the vet for a proper diagnosis and antifungal cream. Make sure to wash hands well and keep an eye out for transmission to humans and to other pigs who live alongside her. Fungal skin problems can spread between species and between other pigs.
