so i have two females, both of them live together and were very fat and healthy, but then one of them started having bald spots that grew to their current size, and she also lost weight.
the other one is still fat and healthy, no bald spots or anything, its just this one who is like that.

pls ignore her nails, i know they look awful, we will take care of them once we know whats going on with her bald spots, lets focus on the matter at hand

She needs a vet visit for sure. Could be a skin issue either fungal or mites. Or possibly ovarian cysts can cause hair loss on the sides due to hormones. Whereabouts are you located - we may be able to recommend a vet. Is she eating okay?

Agree with Sport Billy. Definitely could be a sign of ovarian cysts which could also be causing the weight loss as they can be very uncomfortable. These days there are less invasive methods of treatment such as hormonal injections rather than spaying. I had a piggy spayed at over 5 years old from cysts though she didn't have hairloss and another older pig who had cysts only had hairloss on her tummy from self barbering. I would start to deal with the nails now as well, not when the other matter is resolved, if they aren't starting to be clipped back then you face further problems with the feet such as the nails curling round and digging into the foot pad or the piggy not being able to walk properly
