Beans Teeth Chattering

Her teeth were not showing. I went up to give them some hay as they were all out. Toast was wheeking and Beans was chattering her teeth (it was like a light tap tap sound but with teeth)
Any advice?
 
Lol Coco does this too sometimes when I bring the phone out for a photo, she really hates the phone for some reason.
 
:)) late delivery...... lol Ours do this too. They have us wrapped around there paws
 
The only one of mine (so far) to teeth chatter is baby Eileen. She is really pushing her luck lately and getting very overconfident and when I first pick her up and pet her, she gives a little chatter and tries to head butt my hand away. But, within minutes she's snuggled on my chest falling asleep :D
 
Comet chatters his teeth at me every time I neglect to bring him tasty stuff. So 95% of the time I walk into the room I get told off. I am a poor piggy parent, lol.
 
I'm holding Truffle right now, and he is constantly teeth chattering. He is 7wks old now, and loves being picked up. He loves pats and loves to curl up and fall asleep while I'm holding him. I've never had a problem with Truffle before. He just bit me. Ouch! Now he is happily squeaking. Does anybody know what this means? Like me, I'm sure everyone else wants their Guinea Pigs to be happy and healthy, so does anyone know what this means? Crap. He just peed on me.
 
It's probably his teenage hormones starting to kick in. His biting you could also have been his way of saying that he needs a wee. Betsy pulls at my clothes with her teeth when she needs a wee.
 
Bella chatters her teeth at me if I take too long giving them their veggies :))

I agree with @Betsy he was probably trying to tell you he wanted to go home so he could wee. They all have their ways of telling you!
 
Hi! I was holding pumpkin the other day and he was squeaking happily like normal. But then he started making other noises. It sounded like a very quiet rattlesnake (at least what I would assume it sounds like) as I thought it was chattering? The problem was he was doing that and squeaking! Then I scratched his back and he made another loud noise which I think was purring. What does this all mean?

Well 4 months later and this has changed! They all chatter their teeth at me now if I don't bring them food every time I walk past the cages.. :roll:
