Bedding/ hay stuck in boy bits ??

Hi
earlier today, Harry had some russel rabbit bedding stuck up his penis.
I very carefully pulled it out.
I have just checked him again, he has a piece of hay in there.
I have removed it, I am going to get vetbed as soon as I can afford it.
Just wondered if this happens alot with boys.
He is approx 12 weeks old.
 
Yes, it happens with mine too sometimes. I give them all a through check over once a wheek, including their boy bits. I pull the skin back a bit and clean gently with a cotton wool pad and cooled boiled water :)

Another thing the books from p@h don't mention.
 
my 2 always gets bits on their manhood but i give them a clean when they gets their check overs too

My boys are exactly the same! as quick as you move it more is there!lol ::)
 
Mine occasionally get stuff in their but usually get it out themselves. I do check about twice a week though to make sure all is okay down there ;)

me too I'm forever doing it with all my boars it seems a chore ;D ;D I'm actually an expert now ::)
 
i check every time i take them out, it happens to munchie all the time, but he is rather well endowed so he cant help it ;D
 
Ralfie is generally good with this sort of thing, the odd bit of hay/grass but not regularly, i check him everyday to be safe though :) x
 
Mine used to be the same but now they are on Megazorb we don't have a problem. I still use hay but for some reason it hasn't happened for a while!

Gilbert is a messy boy and is always getting things stuck in his bits and bobs, i check it regularly throughout the day when i have him out.
