last night i had to view a school with my youngest daughter so my eldest daughter stayed at home to piggie sit- an important job when feeding time is at7pm and i was leaving before 6pm!
well when i came home later Lauren informed me that they had not been on their best behaviour!
they wheeked at her at 6pm and by 6.30pm she had to give in to the constant wheeking led by Elphie rolleyes
then she said they gave her constant abuse while she chopped as she didnt chop fast enough!none of them said thank you
and at 7.30pm she sat down with a packet of crisps and they started shouting at her again telling her they hadnt been fed enough!
she said she had to get the hay out to satisfy them (she used a whole bag between the 3 cages)
then when i came home they proceeded to wheek at me as if to tell me they had been starved!

naughty piggies they need to learn how to behave for piggy sitters :))

Yep the chopping sound or the rustling of any packet sets mine off. They think all food is for them and even the fridge door being opened is starting to set them off :)) When I walk in the house at five I have a complete chorus. I have two cats mewing, the cockatiels start screeching and the piggies are wheeking rolleyes

I wouldn't jave it any other way though x)

Its 5 past 5 so I'm officially late for feeding time, my piggies are squeaking there heads off! i can hear them from upstairs :) I swear they can tell the time.

this made me chuckle! :)):)) our girls are outside but any time someone opens the patio door after 4pm they decide its tea time!

Seems like they have figured your daughter for a pushover! rolleyes

haha mine wheek every time we walk by and when they hear rattling in the kitchen

Hehehe :)) aww bless 'them! They must of missed their piggy mummy, and they are very clever piggies, my boys dont wheek they just trash their bed/run/hutch, and even managed to crumple the wooden log into peices tut tut naughty pigs!

Mine get fed any time between 5pm and 6.30pm and know if I am there, wheeking will get them nowhere, food is coming Mummy is just a bit tied up...but they know if I am out, if they start around 5pm, by 5.30pm my mum will be ringing me telling me to get home and feed them now as they are starving, and generally by 6pm all will have been fed double portions of veg, more meusli than you can shake a stick at, and more hay than my horse eats...they have her wrapped around their little paws!
